That licence is the strongest thing about the listing: a named Maltese holder, a numbered permission and a published complaints route, on a page that also carries the operator's terms, privacy policy and responsible-gaming statement.
The book itself is the same platform across L&L Europe's three brands on this page: a mounted sportsbook section with its own published Terms and Conditions for Sportsbook, version 1.30, last updated 2 July 2025. Those terms run to settlement rules per sport, void and postponement handling, overtime treatment, player-specials exclusions and a 48-hour window for abandoned or delayed events — the kind of detail a book only publishes when it intends to settle to it. What they do not contain is a single bonus clause.
That absence is the honest headline here. CasinoCasino publishes exactly one welcome offer, and it is a casino match: a first-deposit bonus carried at 40x wagering over 30 days on a €10 minimum, with slots and other games contributing and video poker, table games and live casino contributing nothing. Nothing in the bonus terms extends it to sports staking, and the sportsbook terms create no offer of their own. Anyone arriving here for a free bet or a matched sports bonus will not find one.
The country position is worth reading too. The welcome bonus terms name the jurisdictions eligible for the offer, and the list is short — the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, India, New Zealand and South Africa on the CasinoCasino and Hyper builds, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa on Yeti — so a customer outside those lists does not receive a bonus automatically even on the casino side.
CasinoCasino's own news page carries a football article marking the Premier League and LaLiga restart, which is the closest the brand comes to a sports promotion; it advertises the book rather than funding a bet with it.
What the book gives instead is a settled, licensed place to bet with a single wallet across both products, cards, online wallets, vouchers and bank transfer for funding, and support hours published on the site rather than promised in the abstract.
