About BetLabel
BetLabel states on its own homepage that it "operates under a license from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board". That names the regulator, which is more than several of its stablemates do, but it is as far as the disclosure goes: no licence number and no licence-holding company appear on the homepage, in the About page, or across the twenty-five sections of the Terms and Conditions. A player weighing this brand should read the licence claim as a claim, not as something they can check against a register.
The casino side runs a four-deposit welcome package advertised at up to €1,500 plus 150 free spins: 100% and 30 free spins up to €300 on the first deposit with a €10 minimum, then 50% and 35 spins up to €350, 25% and 40 spins up to €400, and 25% and 45 spins up to €450, each needing at least €15. Every cash bonus carries a 35 times wagering requirement that must be cleared within 7 days of activation, the maximum stake while wagering is €5, and the free spins are only released once the cash bonus itself has been redeemed.
Spins land on Aloha King Elvis for the first two deposits and Johnny Cash for the third and fourth, and are withheld entirely from accounts denominated in a list of crypto and exotic currencies.
The sportsbook is the larger half of the product. BetLabel lists close to 900 live events at a time across football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey, volleyball, table tennis, handball, American football, cricket and a deep esports section, plus marble racing, TV games and simulated formats.
Its own promotion page counts a first-deposit sports bonus, a 15% free bet on the first deposit, a daily accumulator with a 10% odds boost, accumulator insurance, a 3% Tuesday cashback, a 50% Wednesday bonus up to €300, a bet-slip sale feature and a losing-streak bonus. Payments shown in the footer run from cards, Skrill and Paysafecard through Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, Dogecoin, Binance Coin and USDT on three chains.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong at BetLabel there is an order to follow. We do not run your case — this is who does what.
- Raise it with BetLabel’s own support and management first. The Malta Gaming Authority strongly recommends this before a complaint is lodged.
- If that fails and the operator holds an MGA licence, lodge the complaint through the MGA player hub. It is handled in English or Maltese. MGA – lodge a complaint
- Check in the MGA’s own licensee register that the licence you are relying on is real and current. MGA – licensee register
A licence tells you who can be complained to and what the operator must do — not that you will be paid.

How we review BetLabel
- Bonuses, wagering requirements and other key terms are checked against BetLabel's official information before the page is updated.
- Licence status, ownership and available payment methods are taken into account before the overall rating is set.
- Game selection, the mobile experience, bonus structure and live casino are weighed against each other before the overall rating is set.
- Affiliate commission does not affect whether BetLabel is listed, but all links to the operator are sponsored.

What you get
Deposits and withdrawals
Money moves in and out through these routes:
Questions players ask
Is BetLabel licensed?
BetLabel has operated under a gambling license. A license obliges an operator to hold player money separately, verify identity and honour payouts — but coverage is not global, so check which regulator applies in your own country first.
How fast do withdrawals clear?
E-wallets are the quickest route and often settle the same day once identity checks are done. Card and bank-transfer payouts usually take two to five working days.
Does it work properly on a phone?
BetLabel runs in a mobile browser on iOS and Android with nothing to install. Test the cashier on a small deposit before you commit anything larger.
How much do I have to wager before withdrawing?
The welcome offer carries 35x playthrough. Convert that into a real number before you accept it — the bonus has to be staked 35x over before any part of it becomes withdrawable cash.
