About LuckyLouis
LuckyLouis runs an offer structure that deserves more attention than its presentation gets. The promotions page served on 3 September 2026 leads with 100 free spins on a first deposit of at least 10 euro, followed by two 100 per cent super-spin tiers, and the small print underneath does something a euro-based reader should notice: the 60 times rollover applies to free-spin winnings only, with slots the sole contributing category.
There is no cash bonus sitting on the deposit, and therefore no second wagering requirement running against deposit plus bonus at the same time. The spin has a stated value of 0.50 euro on a named slot and the count is capped at a hundred, so the theoretical worth of the package is calculable in advance. The stake ceiling while wagering is 10 per cent of the spin winnings with a 0.10 euro floor, or 5 euro, whichever is lower. That is a clean, comparatively cheap structure. Everything supporting it is thinner.
The dedicated Bonus Terms page returned a heading and a footer and no terms; the FAQ returned a heading and an invitation to send an email; and the contact page offers one mailbox, support@luckylouis.com, with no stated hours or live chat - the only telephone number anywhere on the site is the operating company's corporate line in the footer, not a support line.
No cashier or payment-methods page is linked at all - the deposit rails themselves are never named on any page reachable from the site - but the linked Terms & Conditions do carry the money rules that missing cashier page would otherwise show: a minimum deposit set at 100 SEK, no floor at all on withdrawals, a per-transfer ceiling of 50,000 SEK you can hit again immediately with no daily cap, a few-hours target for getting money out, five business days once an account is closed, and fourteen additional days of checks on any jackpot over 500,000 SEK.
The headline figure appears in Swedish kronor on the English page, and the footer licence is a national Swedish one whose printed validity - 20 March 2026 - had likewise run out by the time of this check.
A same-day look at Sweden's regulator database complicates that: the operator's commercial-online permission is logged there as active from 21 March 2025 with nothing filled in for a closing date, so whether the printed cut-off is current or just unrefreshed is not settled - and in any case it does not extend to a player in Ireland or central Europe.
Set against its neighbours, what separates LuckyLouis is the shape of the offer rather than the paperwork: it runs the same SkillOnNet rulebook as 44Aces and PlayMillion elsewhere on this page, but it is the only one of the three that pays its welcome package entirely in spins, so the rollover attaches to spin winnings and not to a cash bonus sitting on your deposit.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong at LuckyLouis there is an order to follow. We do not run your case — this is who does what.
- Raise it with LuckyLouis’s own support and management first. The Malta Gaming Authority strongly recommends this before a complaint is lodged.
- If that fails and the operator holds an MGA licence, lodge the complaint through the MGA player hub. It is handled in English or Maltese. MGA – lodge a complaint
- Check in the MGA’s own licensee register that the licence you are relying on is real and current. MGA – licensee register
A licence tells you who can be complained to and what the operator must do — not that you will be paid.

How we review LuckyLouis
- Bonuses, wagering requirements and other key terms are checked against LuckyLouis's official information before the page is updated.
- Licence status, ownership and available payment methods are taken into account before the overall rating is set.
- Game selection, the mobile experience, bonus structure and live casino are weighed against each other before the overall rating is set.
- Affiliate commission does not affect whether LuckyLouis is listed, but all links to the operator are sponsored.

How the overall rating is calculated
The rating is an average of five equally-weighted factors:
- Licensing4.5
- Bonus value4.5
- User experience3.5
- Payments5.0
- Customer support3.5
✅ What works
- The welcome package is spins-first rather than a cash match, which matters more than it sounds: 100 free spins on the first deposit plus two 100 per cent super-spin tiers, on a 10 euro minimum, per the promotions page served on 3 September 2026.
- Because the offer pays in spins, the 60 times rollover in the small print attaches only to free-spin winnings - there is no separate deposit-plus-bonus requirement to clear on top of it.
- The spin itself is priced, at 0.50 euro on a named slot with a hundred-spin ceiling, so the face value of the package can be worked out before registering rather than discovered afterwards.
- Play under the bonus is capped at 10 per cent of free-spin winnings with a 0.10 euro floor, or 5 euro, whichever is lower - a limit printed in the same paragraph as the offer rather than buried in a policy page.
- Corporate identification is repeated in the footer of every page served: Malta company number C-50024, trading as SkillOnNet LTD, with a registered address and a published email contact.
⚠️ What to watch
- The Bonus Terms page is empty. Requested on 3 September 2026 it returned a heading and the site footer and no terms whatsoever, which leaves four lines of small print under a promotional graphic as the only bonus rules that exist.
- The FAQ is empty in the same way - a heading, and an invitation to email a question. There is no self-service answer to anything at all.
- Player support is a single mailbox, support@luckylouis.com, with no stated hours and no live chat; the only telephone number on the page is the operating company's corporate line in the footer, not a support line.
- The English page prices its headline offer in Swedish kronor, and the licence beneath it is a national Swedish one whose stated validity - 20 March 2026 - had likewise run out months before this check; either way it is a permission that does not travel to a player elsewhere in Europe. A same-day look at Sweden's own regulator database complicates that further: the operator's commercial-online permission is recorded there as active from 21 March 2025 onward, with nothing filled in for an end date, so whether the printed cut-off is current or just unrefreshed is not settled.
- No cashier or payment-methods page is linked at all - the deposit rails themselves are never named - but the linked Terms & Conditions do publish the money rules: a minimum deposit set at 100 SEK, no floor at all on withdrawals, a per-transfer ceiling of 50,000 SEK you can hit again immediately with no daily cap, a few-hours target for getting money out, five business days once an account is closed, and fourteen additional days of checks on any jackpot over 500,000 SEK.
- The VIP Lounge that the promotions page leads with is by invitation only, so the loyalty programme cannot be planned for or valued in advance.

What you get
Deposits and withdrawals
Money moves in and out through these routes:
Questions players ask
Is LuckyLouis licensed?
LuckyLouis has operated under a gambling license. A license obliges an operator to hold player money separately, verify identity and honour payouts — but coverage is not global, so check which regulator applies in your own country first.
How fast do withdrawals clear?
E-wallets are the quickest route and often settle the same day once identity checks are done. Card and bank-transfer payouts usually take two to five working days.
Does it work properly on a phone?
LuckyLouis runs in a mobile browser on iOS and Android with nothing to install. Test the cashier on a small deposit before you commit anything larger.
How much do I have to wager before withdrawing?
The welcome offer carries 60x playthrough. Convert that into a real number before you accept it — the bonus has to be staked 60x over before any part of it becomes withdrawable cash.
