About LuckyVegas
LuckyVegas is the SkillOnNet brand in our comparison that treats customer contact as something to specify. Its contact page gives an email address and a live chat reachable after login between 06:00 and 00:00 GMT; none of Luna Casino, Swift Casino or PlayKasino publishes an opening window at all.
The same page sits behind a footer that also links a payment-methods page and an affiliates page, and while the payment page names no individual rails — the page says only that availability depends on your country — acknowledging the country dependency before sign-up is more than the sibling sites manage.
The offer is where it gives ground. The euro package is a 100 per cent match to €100 with twenty-five spins on Book of Dead, half the spin count two sibling casinos in our comparison attach to the identical game and the identical ceiling. Wagering runs at thirty times the deposit and bonus together, spin winnings answer to a separate sixty-times condition on slots, and until that clears no single stake may exceed €5 or a tenth of the bonus and spin winnings. Two further conditions matter to a cross-border player.
The offer may be taken only once in any 72-hour period across every casino in the group, which quietly rules out working through the sibling brands in sequence. The headline offer is priced per currency instead: a €100 package, a $100 package and the British £10/100-spin Big Bass Bonanza package each carry their own matching terms, so what binds depends on the account currency, not on which headline is shown first.
The offer follows the licence rather than the brand — the British and Nordic storefronts run different packages from the same domain, so what you are shown depends on which edition your account lands in, not on which casino you chose.
Elsewhere the same platform gaps appear: an empty bonus policy page, an English terms link that returns a Swedish agreement, and a footer licence belonging to a market most readers of this site do not live in. That Swedish permission is at least register-confirmed: Spelinspektionen names luckyvegas.com/se under Skill On Net Ltd among its current permit holders as of 3 September 2026, while nothing published anywhere confirms the separate permission a non-Swedish account would need.
Against Luna’s tournament schedule, Swift’s published Malta reference and Royale500’s working help centre, LuckyVegas is the pick for someone who wants a human to answer within known hours and is willing to accept a thinner spin package to get it.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong at LuckyVegas there is an order to follow. We do not run your case — this is who does what.
- Raise it with LuckyVegas’s own support and management first. The Malta Gaming Authority strongly recommends this before a complaint is lodged.
- If that fails and the operator holds an MGA licence, lodge the complaint through the MGA player hub. It is handled in English or Maltese. MGA – lodge a complaint
- Check in the MGA’s own licensee register that the licence you are relying on is real and current. MGA – licensee register
A licence tells you who can be complained to and what the operator must do — not that you will be paid.

How we review LuckyVegas
- Bonuses, wagering requirements and other key terms are checked against LuckyVegas's official information before the page is updated.
- Licence status, ownership and available payment methods are taken into account before the overall rating is set.
- Game selection, the mobile experience, bonus structure and live casino are weighed against each other before the overall rating is set.
- Affiliate commission does not affect whether LuckyVegas is listed, but all links to the operator are sponsored.

- Corporate site of the licensee: "over 20 years in the business", a stated commitment to operating "exclusively in regulated and emerging regulated markets", and a Global Reach market list naming United Kingdom, MGA, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Ontario, Greece, Buenos Aires, Mexico, Peru and Brazil; SwiftCasino named as a turnkey platform brand.skillonnet.com · Checked 3 September 2026 (12 days ago)
- MGA Licensee Register front end (footer stamp "Last Updated: 03/09/2026"). The register is an embedded search application whose licensee rows are fetched client-side after a form submit, and the documented verification path https://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-licence-verification/ now returns HTTP 404, so no register row could be read for SkillOnNet Ltd this session. How the overall rating is calculated
The rating is an average of five equally-weighted factors:
- Licensing4.5
- Bonus value4.5
- User experience4.0
- Payments4.0
- Customer support4.5
✅ What works
- Support hours are published rather than implied: the contact page gives an email route and a live chat available between 06:00 and 00:00 GMT — the same window Royale500 publishes, and more than Luna Casino, Swift Casino or PlayKasino state anywhere.
- A dedicated payment-methods page exists and states plainly that availability depends on the player’s country — the same disclosure Royale500 makes, where Luna Casino publishes no banking page at all.
- Four editions are selectable from the header of every page — international English, British English, Swedish and Danish — rather than being chosen for you by your connection.
- The lobby is jackpot-led and names its draws: Mega Moolah for progressive play and Starburst among the classics, with jackpot slots given their own menu entry.
- Beyond the sign-up match there is a recurring promotional calendar: daily picks, daily tournaments with both freeroll and buy-in entry, and a monthly rewards payback for regular play.
- The welcome package is priced per currency rather than promoted in one and billed in another — separate €100, $100 and British £10/100-spin packages, each carrying terms in its own currency.
⚠️ What to watch
- The euro welcome offer carries only 25 free spins where two sibling casinos in our comparison give fifty on the identical game, and the match ceiling is the same €100.
- The welcome bonus can be claimed once every 72 hours across all casinos in the group, not just this one — a network-level restriction stated in the offer’s own small print.
- The homepage advertises agents "available day or night"; the contact page then caps live chat at eighteen hours a day, so the round-the-clock claim is contradicted on the operator's own site.
- The Bonus Policy page carries a heading and nothing else, and clicking through to the terms produces a Swedish-language agreement, version 1.9, rather than an English one.
- No Malta licence number is shown; the footer delivered on 2026-09-03 carries the Swedish regulator’s wording and a licence date of 2026-03-20, which tells an international player nothing about the permission covering their own account.

What you get
Deposits and withdrawals
Money moves in and out through these routes:
Questions players ask
Is LuckyVegas licensed?
LuckyVegas has operated under a gambling license. A license obliges an operator to hold player money separately, verify identity and honour payouts — but coverage is not global, so check which regulator applies in your own country first.
How fast do withdrawals clear?
E-wallets are the quickest route and often settle the same day once identity checks are done. Card and bank-transfer payouts usually take two to five working days.
Does it work properly on a phone?
LuckyVegas runs in a mobile browser on iOS and Android with nothing to install. Test the cashier on a small deposit before you commit anything larger.
How much do I have to wager before withdrawing?
The welcome offer carries 30x playthrough. Convert that into a real number before you accept it — the bonus has to be staked 30x over before any part of it becomes withdrawable cash.
