About Luna Casino

Luna Casino is one of more than a dozen SkillOnNet-powered brands in our casino comparison, so the useful question is not whether it is a real casino but what it puts in writing that its siblings do not. The licensee is SkillOnNet Ltd, a Malta company with registration number C-50024 at Quantum House in Ta’ Xbiex, and the group’s corporate site describes activity across more than forty countries, listing Malta, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Ontario among its regulated markets.

On the brand itself, though, the licence block is served by territory: the English-language pages retrieved on 2026-09-03 printed a Swedish footer naming Spelinspektionen with an expiry of 2026-03-20, and the terms link returned a Swedish-language document, version 1.9 dated 3 December 2024, citing Swedish case number 18Li7539.

Spelinspektionen’s own public register at least confirms the domain: lunacasino.com/se appears under Skill On Net Ltd as a currently valid permit holder, checked 3 September 2026, though no equivalent register entry exists for a licence covering an account opened outside Sweden. For anyone playing from a country that has no SkillOnNet skin of its own, that is the first thing to establish in the cashier before any money moves.

The headline offer, taken from the English promotions page on the same date, matches a first deposit at 100 per cent up to €100 and adds fifty spins on Book of Dead under the code LUNA. Ten euros opens it. The playthrough is thirty times deposit and bonus combined, slots clear it at full value while every other category counts a tenth, and spin winnings carry a separate sixty-times condition on slots alone. While a bonus is live the stake ceiling is five euros or a tenth of the bonus and spin winnings, whichever is lower.

That is a mid-market structure rather than a generous one, but every number is stated.

Against that sits an English site that has not been finished. Three content blocks on the landing page still carry Lorem ipsum filler, the FAQ loads as a bare heading, and the Bonus Policy the offer points at is empty too. No deposit method, payout window or fee is published, and the only support channel is email.

What separates it from Swift Casino, LuckyVegas, Royale500 and PlayKasino elsewhere in our comparison is the scheduled play. The tournament calendar is published with times and entrant counts rather than advertised in the abstract, the pooled jackpot has its own live counter on the lobby, and the VIP ladder prices points in ten currencies with an explicit caveat that account-management benefits depend on an assessment of the player’s financial circumstances.

It is the one to look at if scheduled tournaments and jackpot pools are the draw, and the one to skip if you want the rulebook readable before you deposit.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong at Luna Casino there is an order to follow. We do not run your case — this is who does what.

  1. Raise it with Luna Casino’s own support and management first. The Malta Gaming Authority strongly recommends this before a complaint is lodged.
  2. If that fails and the operator holds an MGA licence, lodge the complaint through the MGA player hub. It is handled in English or Maltese. MGA – lodge a complaint
  3. Check in the MGA’s own licensee register that the licence you are relying on is real and current. MGA – licensee register

A licence tells you who can be complained to and what the operator must do — not that you will be paid.

✅ What works

  • The licensee is a named, regulated company rather than a shell: SkillOnNet Ltd, Malta registration C-50024, Quantum House, 75 Abate Rigord Street, Ta’ Xbiex, printed in full on every page of the site.
  • Welcome terms are stated next to the offer rather than buried: 100% to €100 plus 50 spins on Book of Dead from a €10 deposit, code LUNA, with the playthrough, weighting and stake ceiling all shown (English promotions page retrieved 2026-09-03).
  • A live pooled-jackpot counter sits on the English lobby, reading a little over €56 million when the page was retrieved on 2026-09-03, with jackpots given their own entry in the main menu.
  • The tournaments page publishes an actual schedule: four rotating daily windows plus a week-long event, each with start time, finish time and a running entrant count.
  • The VIP points table is priced in ten currencies — euro, sterling, US, Canadian and Australian dollars, Danish and Swedish kronor, Norwegian krone, rand and rouble — though the site never states which of them an account can actually be held in.

⚠️ What to watch

  • Three body-copy blocks on the English landing page were still filled with unreplaced Lorem ipsum placeholder text on 2026-09-03, under a heading that calls the site "The Uk’s Top Online Casino" above a euro-denominated offer.
  • The FAQ page renders a heading and nothing underneath it, and the Bonus Policy that the welcome offer defers to is an empty page as well — so the general rules governing the bonus cannot be read before claiming it.
  • There is no banking page anywhere on the site: not one deposit method, withdrawal limit, fee or processing window is published.
  • Customer contact is a single email address, support@lunacasino.com, with the contact page stating that support in languages other than English is not always available around the clock and recommending English for a faster reply.
  • Licence text is resolved by territory. The English pages retrieved on 2026-09-03 printed a Swedish footer naming Spelinspektionen and an expiry of 2026-03-20, and no Malta licence number appears anywhere on Luna’s own pages.

What you get

Deposits and withdrawals

Money moves in and out through these routes:

Questions players ask

Is Luna Casino licensed?

Luna Casino has operated under a gambling license. A license obliges an operator to hold player money separately, verify identity and honour payouts — but coverage is not global, so check which regulator applies in your own country first.

How fast do withdrawals clear?

E-wallets are the quickest route and often settle the same day once identity checks are done. Card and bank-transfer payouts usually take two to five working days.

Does it work properly on a phone?

Luna Casino runs in a mobile browser on iOS and Android with nothing to install. Test the cashier on a small deposit before you commit anything larger.

How much do I have to wager before withdrawing?

The welcome offer carries 30x playthrough. Convert that into a real number before you accept it — the bonus has to be staked 30x over before any part of it becomes withdrawable cash.
