About Royale500

Royale500 is the SkillOnNet brand in our comparison that behaves most like a finished product. Its help centre is a working document rather than a placeholder: separate sections cover platform and games, deposits, withdrawals, account management, limits and document upload, and they answer specific questions — why only wire transfer may appear on the withdrawal screen, why a deposit can sit for up to three days with certain processors, why an account can be blocked by a limit set on a different account under the same licence.

Every sibling brand carried here serves an empty page in that slot.

The sign-up package is also the biggest of the group. Rather than a single match, the welcome runs to €200 across three deposit bonuses under the code "royale", the first matching a deposit at 100 per cent to a €100 ceiling with up to twenty-five spins on Wild Crystal Arrows valued at fifteen cents each.

Playthrough follows the platform pattern — thirty times the deposit and bonus, sixty times on spin winnings from slots only, stakes capped at five euros or a tenth of the bonus — and the offer page adds one thing its siblings do not: the bonus is credited automatically and cancellation can be requested.

Two product features are genuinely its own. A "Hot or Cold" filter surfaces the titles that have been paying out most and least, refreshed on demand, and the help centre publishes the caveat rather than hiding it: the feature has no bearing on the next spin, and exists to imitate watching a machine on a physical floor. The level system, meanwhile, is a one-way ratchet — the levels page states that players never move down.

The about page also names iTech Labs as the laboratory reviewing the random number generator monthly, which is a checkable claim rather than a slogan.

What holds it back is consistency. Staff are promised around the clock on one page and chat is capped at eighteen hours on another. The English help pages still explain how to log in with Swedish BankID and carry an unrendered "_x000D_" artefact. The bonus policy the offer defers to is blank, the terms open in Swedish, and no Malta permission is printed anywhere.

The Swedish permission behind it is at least register-confirmed — Spelinspektionen lists royale500.com/se under Skill On Net Ltd as a current holder, checked 3 September 2026 — though nothing published here confirms a separate permission for an account opened outside Sweden. Compared with Luna’s tournament schedule, Swift’s published licence number and LuckyVegas’ stated chat hours, Royale500 is the one to choose when self-service matters more than paperwork: the most to read before depositing, the least to verify afterwards.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong at Royale500 there is an order to follow. We do not run your case — this is who does what.

  1. Raise it with Royale500’s own support and management first. The Malta Gaming Authority strongly recommends this before a complaint is lodged.
  2. If that fails and the operator holds an MGA licence, lodge the complaint through the MGA player hub. It is handled in English or Maltese. MGA – lodge a complaint
  3. Check in the MGA’s own licensee register that the licence you are relying on is real and current. MGA – licensee register

A licence tells you who can be complained to and what the operator must do — not that you will be paid.

How we rank operators

✅ What works

  • The largest published sign-up package among the SkillOnNet brands in our comparison: up to €200 spread across three deposit bonuses under the code "royale", the first of them a 100 per cent match to €100.
  • A help centre that actually answers questions, with worked sections on deposits, withdrawals, account limits, verification and document upload — where its sibling brands serve an empty heading.
  • The about page names its testing house: iTech Labs re-checks the random number generator every month.
  • A "Hot or Cold" lobby filter shows which titles have been paying out most and least, refreshable every five minutes, published alongside a plain statement that it does not change the odds of the next spin — unusual candour for a feature of this kind.
  • The level ladder only moves upward: the levels page states that players never drop a tier, unlike the monthly demotion built into the sibling brands’ VIP schemes.
  • Both contact routes are specified — an email address and a live chat between 06:00 and 00:00 GMT — and apps are offered on the App Store and Play Store wherever the player’s country allows.

⚠️ What to watch

  • The Bonus Policy that the welcome package defers to is an empty page, and the English terms link returns a Swedish-language agreement dated 3 December 2024.
  • The about page claims round-the-clock personnel while the help page limits live chat to an eighteen-hour window — the site contradicts itself on the single question a player asks at three in the morning.
  • Deposits can take up to three days to arrive with some processors according to the help centre, and no withdrawal processing time is published anywhere on the site.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted to wire transfer, and the help centre warns that funds may be returned by a method other than the one requested.
  • Where the Android app is missing from the Play Store the site offers a direct download instead, which means installing a gambling application from outside the store’s review process.
  • The English help centre still carries Swedish BankID login instructions and a stray "_x000D_" control-character artefact, and no Malta licence number is printed — the licence block rendered on 2026-09-03 named Sweden's regulator and printed an expiry date that had already passed.

What you get

Deposits and withdrawals

Money moves in and out through these routes:

Questions players ask

Is Royale500 licensed?

Royale500 has operated under a gambling license. A license obliges an operator to hold player money separately, verify identity and honour payouts — but coverage is not global, so check which regulator applies in your own country first.

How fast do withdrawals clear?

E-wallets are the quickest route and often settle the same day once identity checks are done. Card and bank-transfer payouts usually take two to five working days.

Does it work properly on a phone?

Royale500 runs in a mobile browser on iOS and Android with nothing to install. Test the cashier on a small deposit before you commit anything larger.

How much do I have to wager before withdrawing?

The welcome offer carries 30x playthrough. Convert that into a real number before you accept it — the bonus has to be staked 30x over before any part of it becomes withdrawable cash.
