The Malta Gaming Authority dynamic seal, retrieved 2026-09-03, shows MGA/B2C/959/2022 held by Rizk Nordic Limited with the status Licensed and — the line that matters for a card room rather than a casino — lists Type 3 gaming services covering peer-to-peer poker among the approved game types, with eCOGRA named as approved dispute-resolution body.
Betsson’s own footer text, read the same day, adds that customers resident outside the European Union contract instead with a second Maltese company, NetPlay Malta Limited, under MGA/CRP/1117/2025 issued 16 October 2025, so the counterparty depends on where a player lives. The product is a full room and not a table-game corner: the poker configuration served on that page offers a downloadable Windows client on the international jurisdiction alongside browser play, and the download is reachable before an account exists.
Poker also shares a single wallet with the sportsbook, live casino, jackpots and horse racing, which is the practical argument for an all-in-one brand over a specialist room.
